With over 25 years of dedicated service in Texas, and now located in the Hill Country, Kim Dolch Agency was born from a deep-rooted commitment to protecting what matters most. Kim's story began in 1997, a time when she first entered the insurance industry with a vision to provide more than just policies, she wanted to provide a personal perspective on protection.
From 1999 to 2014, Kim served as owner and agent for Farmers Insurance in Corpus Christi, where she honed her expertise in high-touch service and multi-carrier solutions. In 2014, she founded Kim Dolch Agency in San Antonio, TX and moved her offices to Boerne, TX in 2020, bringing that same personal touch to the communities she serves today.Â

1997
A Different Point of View
Kim starts her career in insurance the way she still approaches it today: from the client's side of the desk. Before she ever sold a policy, she made a point of understanding what people actually needed, not just what she was there to offer. That instinct became the foundation of everything she'd build next.
1999 - 2014
Fifteen Years on the Coast
As Owner/Agent of a Farmers Insurance agency in the Corpus Christi, TX area, Kim spends a decade and a half getting to know coastal families and business owners by name. She learns firsthand what it means to be there when a storm hits, a claim gets filed, or life simply changes course, and why insurance only matters when someone actually shows up for you.
2014 - 2020
Coming Home to San Antonio
Kim brings her agency inland, opening the Farmers Insurance, Kim Dolch Agency to serve San Antonio. It's a fresh start built on an old promise: real conversations, real coverage, and an agent who remembers your name.
2020 - Present
Twenty-Nine Years and Counting
Today, the Kim's agency serves individuals, families, and business owners in Boerne, TX, across the Hill Country, and South Texas. From first-time homeowners to multi-generational ranch families. Nearly three decades in, her approach hasn't changed: protecting what matters most, from your point of view.

Kim Dolch Insurance Agency. It's not a new direction, it's a truer one, a name that puts her own reputation, relationships, and promise front and center instead of behind a franchise label. Today, nearly 29 years into her career, Kim continues to serve individuals, families, and business owners across the Hill Country under a name that's hers alone: built on the same trust, the same conversations, and the same commitment to protecting what matters most, from your point of view.
